During checkout, you can choose from one of the available shipping carriers and the transit time as well as cost are displayed. We generally need only 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare an order, yet seasonal demand can affect the order processing time.
Any item is accepted back for upto 14 days from receipt of the product. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, then we will ship out a replacement at no cost. You can choose to accept the replacement in exchange for the original purchase, a store credit or receive a credit back to the original payment source.
